3. Tuning & Modification Waiver
All customers receiving tuning or modification services must agree to our full Liability Waiver, which includes:
• Assumption of risk for any damage, failure, or performance changes due to tuning or hardware modification
• Acknowledgment that high-performance work is inherently risky
• Confirmation that all tuning services are for off-road/competition use only
• Emissions and warranty consequences are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner
4. Emissions & Legal Compliance
By purchasing from us, you certify that your use of any tuning, parts, or modifications will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Desert Edge Garage products and services are intended for off-road or track use only unless otherwise stated.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once a tuning session, consultation, or physical order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless agreed to in writing.
6. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or other integrated gateways. We do not store credit card information.
7. Returns & Refunds

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, designs, and documentation—is the property of Desert Edge Garage and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without express written permission.
